Role Overview
We’re hiring 480 Experienced Tailors to join our production lines for full-time roles in garment assembly and customization. This is an opportunity for seasoned professionals to contribute to premium apparel production, working with diverse fabrics and designs in a high-volume, collaborative setting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise sewing, cutting, stitching, and finishing tasks on various garments (e.g., suits, dresses, sportswear) using industrial machines.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting work for defects, measurements, and alignment to meet international standards.
- Operate sewing equipment, including overlockers, flatbed machines, and computerized systems.
- Collaborate with production teams to meet daily quotas and deadlines in a fast-paced assembly line.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to safety protocols.
- Assist in pattern adjustments and minor alterations as needed.
Shifts may include day, evening, or rotating schedules to support 24/7 operations. Overtime opportunities available during peak seasons.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in professional tailoring or garment manufacturing; proven expertise in high-speed sewing and complex garment construction required.
- Skills: Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and tools; strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and speed without compromising quality. Knowledge of fabric types (e.g., cotton, silk, synthetics) and basic garment design principles.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or vocational training in tailoring/sewing; certifications in garment production (e.g., from Chinese or international textile institutes) are advantageous.
- Other Essentials: Age 18+; physically fit for standing long periods and handling materials (up to 10kg). Fluency in Mandarin preferred; English a plus for international teams. Must be eligible to work in China (local residents prioritized; visa support for skilled foreign applicants). - Salary: Attractive rate of USD 80,000+ including overtime and bonuses.
