Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and reliable Freelance Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our users, providing timely and effective support via chat, email, and phone. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide clear, accurate information about NewJobMate’s services and features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues or escalate them to the appropriate team.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Identify common customer pain points and provide feedback to improve service quality.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Work independently while collaborating with the team to meet customer care goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles (preferably remote/freelance).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Comfortable using chat, email, phone, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the job recruitment or online platform industry.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with customer support software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).
